wolf at the door’s aim is to showcase makers who bring to the public contemporary and innovative hand made works to inspire and enjoy.
wolf at the door has a stable of designers creating jewellery, ceramics, homewares, furniture and fashion. Our designers are carefully selected for their innovation, superb finish, presentation, skills and uniqueness. Our designers are at the cutting edge of contemporary craft.
wolf at the door also hosts both emerging and established artists, representing the forefront of Australian contemporary art practice. A number of the artists have had there works shown in major exhibitions nationally and internationally and are represented in public and corporate collections and commissions. There are many more works in the stock room, and the staff can show you through the stock and give further information on the artists.
Mixed with the work of the makers throughout the space, there is an eclectic range of unique objects and furnishing.
As avid collectors, directors Magali Gentric and Jason Waterhouse are keen to share their collection of curiosities with the public.
wolf at the door space is constantly shifting and changing, with new works being added regularly and hosts quaterly curated art events in the back space.
